Andy Pull

Lead Pastor

Andy has been on staff at Bethel since 2010, and has been a Lead Pastor since 2015. In addition to having served at Bethel as Youth Pastor and later as Associate Pastor, Andy has past experience in Campus Ministry, Christian Camping, Web Development, and Retail Management. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Kansas.

Andy met his wife Lisa while they were both serving at a Bible Camp in Cooperstown, North Dakota. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music at Kent State University, and is now a full-time mom to their four children: Ingrid, Edmund, Henrik, and Thorin. When it is not football season you can find them cheering for the KU Jayhawks.

As Lead Pastor, Andy devotes most of his time to preaching, vision, staff shepherding, and counseling.

Executive Pastor

Brett joined the Bethel staff in April 2013 as an associate pastor, which gradually evolved into his current role as Executive Pastor. He brings with him experience gained in teaching school, training missionaries, working with indigenous people in Mexico, and solo pastoring in Nebraska. Brett grew up in Michigan, where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Martha, who also now serves Bethel as an Administrative Assistant. They raised eight children together, and now delight in their ever-expanding list of grandchildren.

Brett’s joys in this life are his family, teaching the Bible, and music. He and Martha together continue to be surprised at God’s grace, love, and kindness in their lives, and the ways He continues to use them in His work.

As Executive Pastor, Brett organizes and administrates the functioning of much of the church, preaches, teaches, counsels, and works on staff development.

Donald Adams

Donald Adams

Worship Pastor

Donald Adams has been our Worship Pastor since 2016 after years of experience leading in such diverse ministries such as a college group music ministry, an evangelical Messianic congregation, and an independent baptist church. His musical resumee includes playing saxophone for the Nebraska All-State band, a European tour with the United States Youth Ensemble, an internship with The Moody Church, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis in classical guitar from Moody Bible Institute.

Donald met his wife Anna-Marie in their hometown of Lincoln, NE as they served together on the worship team at Faith Bible Church. Anna also serves Bethel as Student Ministries Administrative Assistant, and is a regular part of our Sunday worship teams. Donald enjoys motorcycling, cycling, photography, music, tennis, racquetball, and basketball.

As Worship Pastor, Donald leads and develops musicians who serve in our worship ministries, and administrates other elements of Sunday worship including ushers and integration of visual arts.

Student Ministries Pastor

Jim Strecker joined our staff in 2016 to develop and lead Student Ministries (6-12) at Bethel Church. His family broadly defined includes scores of students and volunteers at Bethel, and more narrowly consists of wife Maegan, daughter Mara, and son Asher.

Children’s Director

Janet Bradley began at Bethel as part-time Children’s Director before the position grew into a full-time role in 2013. She grew up in the Omaha area and attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Middle School Education.  She has lived in the North Platte area since 1990 and has attended Bethel church since 2000.  She is happily married to Brett Bradley and has three children.  In her spare time she enjoys singing, dancing and other creative activities like interior decorating and cake and floral design.

Administrative Assistant

Martha trusted Jesus as her Savior and Lord shortly before her first child was born. She has honed her organizational and administrative skills over the years through a wide variety of experiences, including raising her own 8 children, home schooling, training missionaries, overseeing and working behind the scenes in multiple ministries, and partnering with husband Brett as he has pastored for a number of years. She is now a grandma to 16 (so far) grandchildren, and also enjoys cooking, reading, and flowers!

Barb is a native Nebraskan, a country girl who graduated from Hayes County High School. With her better half Bruce, they count among their many blessings four children and nine grandchildren aged 13 months to 23 years, who play a major part of their lives. They have been attending Bethel since 1995 and thank God for such a loving church family. Her hobbies include painting porcelain dolls and crafting of all kinds.

Administrative Assistant, Children

Tami is a native to North Platte, NE. A graduate from North Platte High School, she also attended Grace College of the Bible (now Grace University), in Omaha, NE. Tami is happily married to Glenn Littrell Jr for 20 plus years, she has 3 daughters which keeps her on her knees in prayer. She loves visiting and getting to know people. She enjoys watching Nebraska football.

 

Ann Lusk

Bookkeeper

Ann began attending Bethel in 1974. She started working as the Treasurer for Bethel in 1985 after graduating from Mid-Plains Community College with an Associate of Arts degree in computers. Ann grew up in Clay Center, NE. She married Larry Lusk in 1963; he passed away in October 2009. She has two children and 3 grandchildren–the oldest grandchild was married in May of 2010. Ann enjoys gardening, reading, computer games, bunco and exercising.

Donna is Married to Martin; they have 2 daughters and 1 son. She and her family have attended Bethel since April of 2008. Donna enjoys working in AWANA and taking trips with her family.

Dwane Cochran

Dwane Cochran

Director of Worship Technology

Dwane and his wife Cindy have been a part of Bethel Church since 2000, and he has served as Director of Worship Technology since 2012. He brings with him 25 years of experience in the US Army, plus education from Vincennes University and Gateway Electronics Technical College, where he earned a diploma in Industrial Electronics. Prior volunteer roles he has held at Bethel include 9 years on our elder board and service both in AWANA and Middle School youth group. He enjoys being with his family, cooking and riding his road bike.

As Director of Worship Technology, Dwane oversees all the technological aspects of Worship Services, including sound, lighting, projection, and video.
