9th-12th Grade

Bethel HS

High school (9th-12th grade) students meet Sunday nights from 6:30-8:30 p.m. At Bethel HS, students spend time together, making friends, having fun, worshiping Jesus, engaging with the Word of God, and having real and honest discussions on the topics and issues they are facing daily, all while in a safe and encouraging environment. Along with our weekly gathering, you’ll also experience Family Nights, special events, retreats, service opportunities and other exciting activities throughout the year.

Family Nights

Family Night instead of our regular large group event.  Students meet with their small groups for a social or service event, where they develop significant relationships and have the opportunity to model the disciplemaking way of life.  Students help plan their group’s activities prior to Family Night. Small Group leaders will contact students and parents with final details.

Bethel HS Sunday Mornings

It is our desire to see students fully engaged, not just in our Student Ministry, but in the church family as well.  Sunday mornings at Bethel HS is designed to help students engage fully in life and the life of the church.

First Sundays.  The first Sunday each month all students are encouraged to attend worship service with their families and friends.  At Bethel Church we celebrate Communion (the Lord’s Supper) the first Sunday each month. This is a significant time where we come together as a family of believers to remember together what God has done for us through Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection. Therefore, we offer no student classes the first Sunday each month. Rather, we encourage students to engage in the full experience of being part of the Bethel family.

Priority One (8th-9th Grade)

Priority One is our core Christian training program covering the basic beliefs and doctrines of the Christian faith. This class covers Bethel Church’s statement of faith and helps students gain an overview of the entire Bible narrative. Students will Priority One packed with training but it is also filled with fun activities, discussions, and more. Priority One meets each week except First Sundays, September through May.

Serving (10th-12th Grade)

Serving is just that, its serving. Being part of a family means participating, so we are encouraging students to not just come for a worship service, but also to get involved in the different opportunities we have to serve at Bethel on Sunday Mornings. Students can serve in Children’s Ministry, Worship and Tech ministry, Student Ministry or with our Welcoming and Hospitality ministry. If you can find a place to serve on Sundays, ask us and we help get you connected!
